James Kirkland (32-1, 28 KO’s) gave Top Rank fighter a vicious blow on Saturday night in stopping their fighter #10 IBF Glen Tapia (20-1, 12 KO’s) in the 6th round at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Kirkland hadn’t fought in close to 2 years but ring rust was not a factor saturday night.
